Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembly, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of special-purpose machines, automation systems, and robotic solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Machine Assembly & Installation – Assemble and install mechanical components, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and automation equipment.
✔ Troubleshooting & Maintenance – Identify and fix mechanical faults, misalignments, and operational issues in machines and automation systems.
✔ Precision Fitting & Adjustments – Ensure proper fitting, alignment, and calibration of machine parts, bearings, gears, and actuators.
✔ Testing & Commissioning – Conduct performance testing and on-site commissioning of machines to ensure smooth operation.
✔ Technical Documentation – Maintain records of machine assembly, modifications, and repairs.
✔ Collaboration – Work closely with design, electrical, and automation teams for seamless integration and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
✔ Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Fitter, or a related field.
✔ 2+ years of hands-on experience in machine assembly, maintenance, and automation systems.
✔ Strong knowledge of mechanical components, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication techniques.
✔ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals.
✔ Experience with welding, grinding, and machining tools is a plus.
✔ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
